  • All events are subject to approval and must adhere to the mission of Aya House and its members 

  • Must book all events by August 31st to qualify for promotional pricing 

  • Custom signage includes: 1 branded step & repeat, 1 banner, 1 retractable sign, 1 A-frame sign, 3 foam boards and unlimited digital signage

  • Centerpieces, balloons, & decor includes: up to 10 balloon or floral centerpieces, 1 balloon arch, 2 balloon columns, 4 lit marquee letters 

  • Tables, linen & chairs includes: up to 10 rounds or rectangular tables, black/cream/gold/silver/white/ruby/hunter green/ light or dark blue linen, 80 chairs with chair covers 

  • Catering includes labor, gratuity & service charges, entree, dessert and nonalcoholic beverage. Upgrades are available for additional fees. 

  • Content creation includes: 1, 60 second promo video, 4, 15 second reels, captions for 10 promo graphics  

  • Event Communication includes custom email service for: 1 event announcement, unlimited sponsor announcements, 3 registration reminders, 2 event reminders/know before you go messages, 1 attendee feedback request, 1 event recap. Emails sent from TeQuionBrookins.com domain unless access to email with organization domain is granted. Custom event domain available for additional fee. 

  • All catering is from the MotorCity Mimosa menu, a kitchen by  The Love Experience 

  • All events must occur on October 1st - March 31st to qualify for promotional pricing 

  • Deposits are nonrefundable and valid through 12/31/26

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • Second holiday event must be booked by 12/31 to qualify for stated discount 

  • Financing and payment plans available for balance after deposit 

  • Referral bonus payouts will be processed 3-5 business days following the conclusion of the qualifying event.
