Facilitators

Nilda Thomas: As an Afro-Latina with 20+ years of experience, Nilda has been at the forefront of Marketing technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies such as Deloitte, Microsoft, AT&T, and EDS delivering innovative solutions to complex business and marketing challenges. An experienced collaborator, she has worked with cross-functional teams in nonprofit, business, and technical domains, managing enterprise and community projects. She is a Certified AI Consultant and is certified as an eCommerce Consultant and eMarketing Analyst. As an entrepreneur, she founded and leads Workforce eTraining Solutions LLC, an online platform for reskilling and upskilling workers and youth. Furthermore, the launch of Business AI Consulting highlights her foresight in

recognizing the transformative potential of AI in business. A practice, focusing on empowering minority and women business owners on how to leverage AI's transformative power in all areas of business to streamline processes in operations, finance, and marketing.

TeQuion Brookins: CEO of TeQuionBrookins LLC and MotorCity Mimosa, TeQuion is a tech enthusiasts with over a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations adopt and implement technology to drive their missions forward. A member of Google's Women Techmakers, founding board member of the Connect313 initiative, and certified cybersecurity awareness professional, TeQuion spends her spare time researching the latest tech and attending demos and conferences to stay on top of trends that increase productivity and solve operational challenges. With over 8 tech-enabled brands, including Bid4Impact, TeQuion's dedication to empowering others through technology is reflected in her ongoing efforts to bridge the digital divide and support community growth.
