Rhythmic Reflections: Harmony in Healing

Rhythmic Reflections: Harmony in Healing is an indoor immersive healing festival held at Aya House in Detroit. This experience is opened to all and rooted in music, storytelling, and community care, offering space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve attention and love.

Guests will engage in live musical performances from artist, Lauren Nichole, Bryce The Third, JayPitts, and Lolly Mariah, a live collective painting experience led by Detroit artist Daniel Geanes, guided reflection moments, sound healing, yoga, and a curated selection of wellness and mental health vendors. Every element is intentionally designed to bring peace to the body, clarity to the mind, and a deeper sense of connection—with yourself and others.
